The working principle:
When the power is turned on and the start button is pressed, the unit starts operation. The first pulse signal from the main circuit board, the power amplifier, voltage doubler circuit generates high voltage to the X-ray tube anode; at the same time the main circuit board issued by the second pulse signal amplified to the X-ray tube filament to provide power to X Ray tube produces X-ray, and through the digital display panel shows the corresponding value (KV / μA). The object to be measured is placed between the exterior tube (containing the X-ray source) and the liquid crystal display, and the liquid crystal display screen shows a sharp image of the object to be seen. In order to make the X-ray machine work stably and reliably, the system adopts pulse-width modulation technology to keep the tube current and tube voltage constant and the X-ray tube works in the best condition. And a high-pressure slow start function, so that no high-pressure X-ray tube anode overshoot phenomenon. The main controller uses micro-chip devices, and 20KHz frequency work, greatly improving the efficiency of the entire system, eliminating the audible noise, for the operator to provide a quiet use of the environment, but also reduce the size.
