How to use the defibrillator and precautions

Method of use:
1 Do good ECG monitoring, clear indications for defibrillation
2. Patient lying flat on a hard board bed
3 Energy selection
4 Apply good conductive paste to the electrode plate or place saline gauze on the patient's chest wall
5 Apply good conductive paste to the electrode plate or place saline gauze on the patient's chest wall
6 Place the electrode plate on the patient's chest wall to optimise contact with the patient
7 Shout clearly and loudly " Leave the bed". The operator straightens both arms to fix the electrode plate so that his or her body is off the edge of the bed, then, with both hands, simultaneously presses the discharge button to defibrillate
8 evaluating the defibrillation effect:Immediately after electrical defibrillation, CPR is continued after 5 sets of CPR, the heart rhythm is checked and electrical defibrillation is given again when indicated
9 and the contact button is pressed when defibrillation is released. If no defibrillation click is performed, the defibrillator will be automatically disengaged.
10 When the operation is complete, turn off the power, recover the button, clean the electrode plate and place it in the exact position as specified
Precautions:
1. Ensure safety during operation, patient removes dentures
2. Conductive substances must not be connected, apply evenly to avoid local skin burns
3. Master handle pressure
4. Keep electrode plates clean, spaced 10 cm apart
5. To enable accurate timing, records should be based on a clock
6. To enable accurate timing, records should be based on a clock
7. Avoid built-in pacemaker sites
8. Mis Charging must be discharged on the defibrillator
9. Avoid hyperoxic environments as much as possible
10. When defibrillating during CPR, discharge defibrillation at the end of the patient's expiration to reduce trans-thoracic electrical impedance
