T3

The main hormones secreted by the thyroid gland are all synthesized by the thyroid gland; The synthesis of T3 inthyroid is only about 20% of T4, and about 50% of T3 in peripheral circulation is formed by the deiodination of T4 inskin, liver, skeletal muscle and kidney. Thyroxine is a hormone synthesized and secreted by thyroid folicular cells, whichis released into the blood circulation in a free fomm and quickly combines with plasma proteins.

TSH

Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH is a hotmone synthesized and seoreted by the pituitary gland. On the one hand, it is
promoted by the thyroid stimulating hommone releasing hormone (TRH) secreted by the hypothalarus, on the other hand,
it is inhibited by the feedback of thyroid hormone. They are antagonistic to each other. They tomm the hypothalamus
adenohypophysis thyroid axis. Hypothyroidism in dogs is mostly pnmary. Due to the dacrease of T4 secreted by thyroid,
TSH synthesized and secreted by pituitary usually increases through negative feedback regulation mechanism, resulting in
the increase of serum TSH concentration. The sensitivty and specificity of detecting serum TSH concentration in the
diagnosis of canine hypothyroidism are about 75% and 80%.

SDMA

The kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of SDMA in plasma/serum samples byimmunochromatography. The test sample is mixed with diluent, then add mixed sample into the sample holeSDMA in the sample is combined with the fluorescent labeled SDMA antibody to form an immune complex.The immune complex stream reacts with the test area SDMA antibody through the test zone, and generates afuorescent signal in the reaction zone after being excited by a specific wavelength, and the signal intensity isproportional to the SDMA content in the sample. The concentration of SDMA in the sample can bequantitatively detected using a fluorescence detector.

Canine progesterone

Canine progesterone, also known as canine progesterone (generally abbreviated: cP4 ), alsoknown as progesterone, is one of the estrogen indicators necessary to determine whether a dogcan conceive and maintain pregnancy. Progesterone has different concentrations in diferentestrous cycles in dogs, so it is necessary to evaluate the level of hormone through a series oftests to judge whether the dog is in pre estrus, mating, pregnancy or delivery.

Therefore, aftervaccine immunization, quantitative and rapid detection of whether antibodiesare produced is one of the important means to detemmine the immune effect.
