Recombinase-Aid Amplification (RAA) technology utilizes protein-directed evolution techniques to modify, screen andoptimize specific tool enzymes from nature, obtaining a core RAA isothermal amplification system. Under isothermalconditions (40'C), it can perform exponential amplification of trace target DNA fragments with specificity. The amplifi.cation reaction time only takes 20 minutes.
