Introduction:

Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer can sterilize both metal and nonmetal medical instruments at low temperature. Sterilize medical instruments by spreading hydrogen peroxide through the chamber and then "energizing" the hydrogen peroxide into a plasma state.

Product Features:

Advantages:

Rapid bactericidal action.

H₂O₂ easy decomposition, no exhaust time, fast turnover of items.

The final decomposition product is non-toxic (theoretically).

No installation requirements, no ventilation ducts.

Disadvantages:

Poor penetration, there are instruments with strict lumen length, lumen size limits the sterilization mechanism.

For oxidation reaction, there are strict restrictions on the material of the device

Expensive.

When sterilization, the instrument is absolutely dry and can not be oiled.

The toxicity of hydrogen peroxide, and the harm of ultraviolet radiation produced in the plasma process.

Material restrictions:

Only the material meets the requirements of plasma sterilization can adopt this sterilization method.

The device can be sterilized using plasma only if approved by the device manufacturer.

Special equipment:

Tyvek packaging bag (very expensive and few suppliers).

Polypropylene made of non-woven fabric.
