Operating procedures:
1. Selection switch: power switch, power indicator light, speed display, speed control knob, timing knob.
2. Before use, you must first check whether the knobs on the panel are in the specified position (that is, the power is in the off position, and the potentiometer and timer are in the zero position).
3. Put an equal amount of sample in each test tube, and then put it in the rotor symmetrically, so as not to cause the machine to vibrate during operation due to uneven weight and asymmetric placement.
4. After the test tube is put in, tighten the nut, close the plexiglass cover, turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is on.
5. When using a 12×1.5ml rotor, turn the selector switch to the -"l" position.
6. When using an 8×7 ml rotor, turn the selector switch to the "2" position. Use the timing knob to select the required time, and then adjust the speed control knob to the required speed, the tachometer will display the actual speed of the rotor.
7. When the time is up, you must first turn the speed control knob to the zero position, and then take out the test tube for analysis after stopping the machine.
Precautions:
1. Before using the centrifuge, check whether the external power supply meets the requirements and whether the centrifuge is reliably grounded.
2. Before using the centrifuge, carefully check the rotor and centrifuge tube for cracks or corrosion. It is strictly forbidden to use cracked or corroded rotors and centrifuge tubes.
3. Before using the centrifuge, check whether there is any foreign matter in the centrifuge chamber.
4. Hang the centrifuge tube firmly and check whether the centrifuge tube is stuck.
5. It is strictly forbidden for the rotor to run beyond its rated speed.
6. Unbalanced operation is strictly prohibited.
7. It is strictly forbidden to run at high speed without a rotor.
8. When the centrifuge is running, it is strictly forbidden to move the centrifuge, open the door of the centrifuge, or touch the running rotor.
9. It is strictly forbidden to touch the inverter and change the set value of the inverter.
10. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35℃, the front ventilation window can be removed for ventilation.
11. The centrifuge or rotor is out of service for three months, and it must be operated at a low speed for 10 minutes before it is allowed to run at the maximum speed of the rotor.
12. Do not place containers with liquid on the centrifuge door cover and control box.
13. Do not use a centrifuge to separate flammable and explosive samples, and do not use and store flammable and explosive samples within 300 mm of the centrifuge.
