Precautions for use of ventilator
When users disassemble the pipeline, they should wear masks, gloves, etc. to strengthen self-protection;
Every time after use by the patient, the breathing circuit should be cleaned and disinfected;
After continuous use of the same patient for one week, the pipeline should be cleaned, disinfected or replaced;
When using, if there is sputum in the front end extension tube or there is water in the pipeline, it should be cleaned in time to prevent backflow of water;
The ventilator and its parts that are not easy to disassemble can be wiped with 75% medical alcohol moistened gauze;
The pipeline after cleaning and disinfection should be sealed and stored, and the two ends of the pipeline should be wrapped with sterile gauze;
The intake air filter of the ventilator should be cleaned regularly without disinfection;
Commonly used disinfection methods are: high temperature and pressure, low temperature plasma, disinfectant soak, ultraviolet disinfection, etc.
