  1 High negative pressure alarm

When the instrument has a high negative pressure alarm, pay special attention to the sound of the negative pressure pump in the instrument. At this time, after opening the cover of the instrument, a white air filter is seen on the negative pressure pump. The filter is black, which proves that the air filter is clogged.   2 The respirator motor rushes to the top

When this fault occurs in the instrument, a device error appears on the display. The motor rushes to the top, indicating that the motor speed is out of control, and it is suspected that the motor speed measurement circuit is faulty. At this time, you can open the cover of the respirator. You can see that there is a speed grating and a photoreceptor at the bottom of the motor. Turn on the machine and observe whether the light emitting tube of the photoelectric device has red light. If it is not, it will be damaged.    3 No action of respirator motor

When this fault occurs, the display also shows that the device is faulty. Generally speaking, no action of the motor is caused by the motor's topping, so the speed sensor should be replaced as described above to avoid the motor's topping again. There are generally two situations when the motor does not move. One is that when the motor is topping, the motor screw is stuck and the motor cannot move. This fault is better to judge. Pull the respirator bag with your hand. If you can't pull it, the motor will be stuck. At this time, the motor can be disassembled and the motor screw can be reassembled. The second is that the internal drive circuit is damaged due to the continuous topping of the motor. At this time, the motor drive voltage can be measured. If there is no voltage, the internal circuit is damaged. There are four high-power transistors on the motor drive circuit. The motor is controlled by controlling the on and off of the transistor.
