Folding fault handling
Treatment of common faults of electrolyte analyzer
The ion electrode method has been developed with the popularization and development of sensing technology and microcomputer technology since the 1980s. It is a fast, accurate, convenient and practical clinical testing equipment.
1. How to solve when the detector fails
There are 4 reasons for the failure of the detector: ①The plug of the detector and the main board seat are loose;
②The detector itself is broken;
③The fixing screw on the valve core and the motor shaft are not fastened in place;
④ The spool itself is too tight to rotate. The order of inspection is ③-①-④-②.
2. Reasons for poor sample suction and treatment methods:
There are four main reasons for poor sample suction, which are checked along the line of "from simple to complex";
①Check whether the connecting pipes of each interface of the pipeline (including the connecting pipe between the electrodes, between the electrode and the valve, and between the electrode and the pump pipe) are leaking. This phenomenon is manifested as non-aspiration;
②Check whether the pump tube is sticky or too fatigued. At this time, replace the pump tube with a new one. The phenomenon is manifested as an abnormal sound from the pump tube;
③There is protein precipitation in the pipes, especially at the joints. This phenomenon is manifested by the unstable positioning of the liquid flow speed process, even if the pump pipe is replaced with a new one. The solution is to remove the joints and clean them with water.
④There is a problem with the valve itself, so check it carefully.
3. The cause and treatment of electrode drift and out of control
①The most common reason for electrode drift is that the ground wire is not connected well. Check the ground wire; check whether the drifting electrode silver rod is not plugged into the signal socket or the contact is poor; ②The voltage is unstable, and it is better to connect the UPS uninterruptible power supply or the quality is better. Good regulated power supply (poor quality regulated power supply will cause electrode drift);
③To avoid electromagnetic interference, the equipment with higher power should be kept away from the instrument as far as possible, and the power supply should be set independently;
④Check whether the standard liquid and cleaning liquid have been used up; check whether the reference liquid in the flow cell is too little, and it should be filled in time;
⑤ When the Na and pH electrodes drift, they should be cleaned with a glass electrode cleaning solution. Then rinse with distilled water repeatedly;
⑥ If the electrodes are all drifting, check whether the reference electrode has expired;
⑦Poor positioning, causing the solution to not completely immerse the electrode, so the positioning operation should be re-positioned;
⑧There are bubbles above the reference electrode, tap the flow cell gently to move the bubbles to the top of the Na electrode;
⑨Reagent expires or is contaminated, check A, B standard solution and cleaning solution bottle for flocculent precipitation.
4. What to do when the slope of the electrode decreases:
The low electrode slope will cause poor test linearity and sometimes affect the repeatability of the electrode. The main reasons are:
① Too much protein is adsorbed on the electrode membrane;
②The air humidity is too high;
③The temperature is too low;
④Life is approaching.
In the fourth case, the user needs to replace the electrode. In the first case, the protein-removing solution can be used for treatment. The Na and pH electrodes have special cleaning solutions. The remaining electrodes can be prepared with a protein cleaning solution prepared by dissolving a piece of protease in 30m10.1M hydrochloric acid. Use the first cleaning function of the service program to repeatedly clean to remove the protein, and then rinse several times with PVC cleaning solution, and test the sample after the calibration is stable.
The second and third cases mainly affect the Na and pH electrodes. If the air humidity is too high, a dehumidifier should be used for dehumidification; if the temperature is too low, the temperature can be raised indoors. If these two conditions are not available, you can use a hair dryer to heat the Na electrode, pH electrode, and signal board to remove moisture before measurement.
5. Reasons and solutions for abnormal values of test blood samples
When testing a blood sample, if there is an abnormal value, follow the steps below to check:
① Whether there are high-power electrical appliances running or leakage (such as centrifuges, refrigerators) nearby, causing voltage fluctuations;
② Inhalation of coagulation during the test;
③ If the solution is not in place, you can check whether the positioning is good. If the solution is not in place, you can use the repositioning program in the service program to reposition;
④ Check whether the container containing the blood sample is contaminated, and whether there is any residual disinfectant and other substances;
⑤ Check whether the correction factor is correct. If there is any abnormality, the correction factor can be cleared;
⑥ Whether it has not been calibrated for a long time, it can be re-calibrated and then tested.
Folding considerations
⒈Not all commercially available quality control serums are suitable for the ion electrode method measurement. The quality control serum of some manufacturers contains more additives, which often interferes with the ion method measurement.
⒉Do not inhale air bubbles when the instrument is inhaling the sample, otherwise the result will be unreliable.
⒊This instrument can directly inhale the sample from the serum separation test tube for analysis, but when inhaling the sample, be careful not to inhale the clot, so as not to block the pipeline.
⒋If the change in ambient temperature is greater than 10 degrees, it must be re-calibrated.
⒌The pH value of the standard solution and the sample should be kept between 6-9, otherwise it will interfere with the determination of sodium content.
⒍Do not use the solution with mildew, turbidity and precipitation. Once the solution is found to be deteriorated, it should be discarded, so as not to affect the analysis result.
⒎In combination with clinical response, users should appropriately consider factors that may affect the results, because the use of drugs or internal substances have uncertain conflict effects. Laboratories and clinicians must estimate the results based on the patient's clinical performance.
⒏ Make sure to carry out routine maintenance according to the instructions.
⒐Each electrode is printed with a number, please take care to protect it, and the quality guarantee will not be recognized for any electrode whose number cannot be identified.
