1. Don't eat foods that easily produce gas.
Foods such as milk and sweet potatoes are prone to produce gas after eating, and these gas will hinder the penetration of ultrasound, resulting in unclear visualization of the examined organs.
2. Hold urine or urinate in advance according to actual examination.
When doing b-ultrasound in the early pregnancy, a certain amount of urine needs to be accumulated in the bladder to see clearly. Therefore, it is recommended that pregnant mothers hold back their urine in advance. You can drink two glasses of boiled water in advance at home, and you will save time when you go to the hospital for an examination. If it is in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, when doing b-ultrasound examination, not only do you not need to hold your urine, but also urinate in advance. This is because after 3 months of pregnancy, the uterus is getting bigger and more amniotic fluid. Doctors can observe the condition of the fetus through the amniotic fluid through ultrasound equipment. If there is urine in the bladder, it may affect the appearance of the fetal image.
3. Keep the clothes loose and easy to take off.
Loose clothing can save time when checking, and also relax the nervousness of pregnant mothers. During the examination, you should take a relaxed attitude and cooperate with the doctor. Too much tension may affect the effect of the examination.
