The probability of maintenance of the automatic biochemical analyzer is reduced. Routine maintenance should be done to reduce the occurrence of failures!
The two common faults are as follows:
1. Poor absorbance repeatability
The absorbance referred to here refers to the blank absorbance, and the blank test is done with distilled water.
One reason: the cuvette is unclean. Due to the long-term use of the instrument, there will be dirt deposits in the cuvette, causing light scattering, resulting in changes in absorbance and making the results unstable.
Treatment method: It was treated with 5% hypochlorous acid solution, 84 disinfectant solution, protease detergent, 2mmol/L NaOH solution for 20 minutes, and potassium permanganate solution for comparison treatment. As a result, the treatment with 5% hypochlorous acid solution and protease detergent is better. But it should be noted that the immersion time with 5% hypochlorous acid solution should not be too long. Generally, rinse with tap water after 10 minutes, and then rinse with distilled water; otherwise, if the immersion time is too long, the light transmittance of the cuvette will decrease; If the acid concentration is too large or the soaking time is too long, the bonding around the cuvette will fall off and be damaged.
2. The test result is high or low
Except for the cause of the deviation of the blank absorbance repeatability, the sample injection syringe leaks or other plastic pipes leak water. If the syringe leaks due to long-term use of the instrument, the inner core of the syringe is worn out and the seal is incomplete, resulting in leakage.
Treatment method: Remove the syringe and soak it in 5% hypochlorous acid solution for 15 minutes, wipe it dry with gauze, rinse it with tap water repeatedly, then rinse it with distilled water, and then check its sealing.
Method: The short injection needle hole is in contact with distilled water, and the injection head is pulled by hand. If the syringe is filled with water, it means that there is no air leakage; if it is still not satisfied, there is a small gap, and a new screw-like inner core should be replaced.
