At the same time, the report puts forward four paths to promote economic revitalization and transformation in the post epidemic era, namely, improving the policy environment, focusing on improving public services, planning and managing public debt; optimizing human capital, including creating new employment opportunities, implementing large-scale skills training, etc.; reforming the market mechanism, involving enhancing the inclusiveness of the financial system, reforming competition and anti-monopoly policies, etc; We should improve the innovation ecology and encourage public and private sectors to increase R & D investment.

The report also said that in view of the special situation this year, the world economic forum will suspend the publication of the "global competitiveness index" ranking, and will resume the benchmarking analysis of the competitiveness of various economies next year.
