Electrocardiogram, echocardiography, coronary angiography and coronary CT are all commonly used methods for the examination and diagnosis of heart diseases. If the heart is regarded as a house, the echocardiogram is mainly to see the structure of the house; the electrocardiogram is mainly to see if there is any problem with the wires; the coronary CT is mainly to see the patency of the water pipes. In layman's terms, echocardiography detects whether the hardware structure of the "house" is defective due to old age or other reasons, such as the size of the room, the effect of the partition wall, and whether the doors and windows are stable; the electrocardiogram can tell whether the current in a house is regular and unimpeded. Whether there is a room where the current is too chaotic, causing the bulb to burn out, which in turn affects the normal operation of the entire switch. Coronary CT and coronary angiography are used to check the patency and degree of blockage of the large heart arteries (coronary arteries), and can effectively judge whether there is stenosis in the coronary arteries; various heart examination methods have their own functions and advantages. They cannot be substituted for each other.
