

1. Clean the sample needle and reagent needle
If the outer wall of the needle is dirty, it is easy to attach serum, reagents, water droplets, etc., so it needs to be checked frequently and cleaned or cleaned at the right time. When doing exhaust inspection, if the water column ejected from the needle is not a straight line, or even discharged drop by drop, it means that there is dirt attached to the inner wall, which also needs to be cleaned or cleared. When the needle is bent, the needle shape has changed or the needle tip is worn flat need to be replaced.
2. Clean each needle of the cleaning mechanism
If the needles of the cleaning mechanism are dirty, the reaction cup may not be cleaned, resulting in poor data and other malfunctions. In addition, if the cleaning water spills onto the reaction cup, it may also cause inaccurate test data.
3. Cleaning the stirring bar
If the stirring bar is dirty, it will cause cross-contamination, so it should be cleaned regularly. If the stirring bar is bent, or if the black coating on the surface of the stirring bar is broken or peeled off, it should be replaced in time.
4. Cleaning of the cleaning tank
If the cleaning tank is contaminated, it will lead to poor drainage and needs to be cleaned regularly.
5. Colorimetric cup cleaning and cup blank determination
If the colorimetric cup is dirty, it may cause bad data. Please clean the colorimetric cup and measure the cup blank once a week.
6.Cleaning the reaction tank and the reaction tank screen
If the reaction tank is dirty, it may cause bad data and needs to be cleaned regularly.
7. Clean the water supply filter
The purpose of the water supply filter is to prevent ion exchange resin or dirt from entering the instrument; if the filter is clogged, it may cause problems such as insufficient water supply.
8. Clean the radiator filter
If the filter is blocked by pollution, it will cause poor ventilation, which will lead to insufficient heat dissipation and temperature rise.
9. Clean the vacuum solenoid valve filter
Vacuum solenoid valve filter is to prevent the vacuum solenoid valve open air intake, dust and dirt mixed into the solenoid valve, should be cleaned regularly.
10.Clean the sample chamber and reagent chamber
The reagent compartment and sample compartment tank will be contaminated by samples, paper dust or dust, and need to be cleaned regularly.
11.Syringe gasket replacement
When the syringe gasket is worn out, the siphoning accuracy will decrease or leakage will occur, which will lead to inaccurate measurement results and needs to be replaced. The colorimetric analysis department uses 3 syringes (1 sample syringe and 2 reagent syringes).
12. Replace the light source lamp
If the light source lamp ages, the amount of light will deviate from the measurement range of the photometer. When analyzing by the rate method, it will not be possible to test correctly due to a lot of noise. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the light source lamp regularly.
13.Sample needle unclogging
If the inner wall of the sample needle is dirty, it is easy to cause internal clogging and affect the accuracy of sample addition, so it needs to be cleaned or cleared regularly.
