1. Before use

(1) Check whether the power supply voltage is within the allowable range

(2) Check whether the power supply ground is good

(3) Whether all ground cables are correctly connected, whether they are exposed, damaged, etc.;

(4) When the machine is used in combination with other equipment, check whether the coordination of each machine is intact.

2. In use

(1) ECG monitoring operating procedures

1) In the use of ECG monitoring, the patient's arrhythmia should be observed first, and the electrode patch should be pasted on the correct part of the patient. Pay attention to the good contact between the electrode and the patient's skin. If necessary, clean the patient's response part. , In order to reduce the influence of interference signals and muscle movement on the ECG signal.

2) Connect the lead to the electrode pad, and fix the lead on the bedside or on the patient to prevent the electrode or lead from falling off.

3) Use "Lead Selection" to select the lead you want to observe the patient, observe whether the patient's ECG waveform is displayed on the display screen, use "ECG Wave Amplitude" to adjust the QRS wave amplitude to an appropriate height, and use Filter (filter) Option to select filter settings, use the "Heart Rhythm Alarm Range" button to adjust the upper and lower limits of the heart rhythm alarm to a suitable value.

(2) Monitoring CO operating procedures

1) Connect the CO cable. Connect the sensor to the MMS. If you use no more than one extension cable. Keep the wound sensor cable and connector away from the power source;

2) Wear SpO2 wound sensor. Wipe the colored nail polish from the wearing part, put the sensor on the patient, and verify that the light-emitting tube and the light monitor are directly aligned with each other.

3) Adjust the alarm limit and measure CO.

(3) Monitoring non-invasive blood pressure (NBP)

1) Connect the cuff to the air hose

2) Insert the air hose into the red NBP connector. Do not compress or block the pressure tube.

3) Bind the cuff correctly to ensure that the airbag is not wrinkled or twisted, and the position of the cuff should be at the same level as the patient's heart

4) Select measurement method: manual, automatic. Set the alarm and start the measurement.

(4) Monitoring invasive pressure

1) Set pressure measurement. Insert the pressure cable; prepare the flushing solution to flush the system, and exhaust all the air in the pipeline; adjust the position of the sensor so that it is at the same level as the heart and about the same level as the liquid center line.

2) The pressure sensor is reset to zero. Close the valve leading to the patient; open the wound sensor to the atmosphere and select Zero<Press>; after zero calibration is completed, close the valve leading to the atmospheric pressure and open the valve leading to the patient.

3) Select the pressure alarm source and start the invasive blood pressure measurement.

(5) Monitoring temperature

1) Insert the probe or temperature cable into the temperature connector socket;

2) Put the probe on the patient;

3) Verify the alarm setting and start the measurement.

Three, after use

(1) Turn off the power of the monitor or put the monitor in a standby state;

(2) Organize and place all monitoring modules, cables and accessories.
