1. Clean the exterior surface daily.
2. Calibrate with 21% oxygen concentration weekly (oxygen sensor in the breathing circuit).
3. Evaporate the tank and discard the medicine every two weeks.

5. Replace the outer O-ring on the canister port every other year.
6. On-demand:
1 Install a new cylinder gasket on the cylinder yoke.
2 Empty the trap and replace the absorbent in the trap.
3 Change the oxygen sensor of the breathing circuit (in normal use, the sensor performance meets the technical specifications within one year).
4 Replace the disposable plastic flow sensor (in normal use, the performance of the flow sensor meets the specifications within at least six months).
Two. anesthesia machine Routine maintenance
1. Before daily use, check that the breathing circuit connections are correct, intact, and that the respiratory system contains sufficient absorbent; at the same time, check the installation of the evaporation cans.
2. anesthesia machine The breathing circuit system should be kept in a clean, dry environment away from light and heat. Avoid contact with metals, organic solvents, oils or greases, and strong cleaners.
3. anesthesia machine Clean breathing circuit: Remove organic material and residual or disinfected chemicals before autoclaving. The highest recommended temperature is 134°C and the time does not exceed 20mins under steam high temperature and pressure conditions. Can be used before each patient or according to actual use, increase the number of disinfection if necessary.
