Steps:

1. You must use both hands to take and place the microscope. Hold the mirror arm with your right hand and hold the mirror holder with your left hand. Place the microscope on the table and place it on the left front of your body, with the mirror arm facing your chest so that your right hand can record.

2. Rotate the objective lens converter to align the low-power lens with the condenser, raise the condenser, and adjust the iris to achieve the most suitable brightness of the field of view.

3. Place the sample specimen in the center of the mirror stage, align the organized part with the central hole, and make sure that the side with the cover glass is upward, and the section specimen is fixed with a compression spring.

4. Ascend the stage and drop to about 0.5 cm away from the specimen. While observing the object image in the lens, rotate the coarse adjustment screw to gradually raise the lens barrel until the object image can be seen clearly.

5. For further magnification, high magnification objective lens can be used. Move the part to be magnified to the center of the field of view of the low-power lens, switch the high-power objective clockwise, and turn the fine-tuning screw until a clear object image is seen. If the field of view is slightly darker, you can slowly raise the condenser or enlarge the iris.

6. When the parts of the microscope are malfunctioning, the object image is unclear or other problems, you must report it immediately. You can't handle it without authorization. After use, turn off the switch, unplug the power supply, adjust the eyepiece to low magnification, turn the lens, and cover the cover.
