What is the operation process of the anesthesia machine?
1. Preparation before use
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the connections of the various pipelines of the anesthesia machine are correct and reliable, including the air intake pipe connected to the cylinder or the central air supply port and the patient circuit.
2. Open the oxygen cylinder or the central air supply valve, and adjust the air supply pressure to about 0.4MP
3. Connect the power supply, turn on the main switch of the anesthesia machine power and air source, carefully check whether there is any air leakage in each part of the whole machine; confirm that the anesthesia machine is working properly before using it.
2. Boot operation procedure
1. According to the actual situation of the patient, the anesthesiologist should adjust various parameters, such as flow, tidal volume, respiratory rate, respiratory ratio, and upper and lower limit alarm values, and then switch the manual/machine control switch on the gas controller to the machine control position. Use rapid oxygenation to raise the breathing bladder in the plexiglass cover to the top, connect the simulated lung, and turn on the ventilator for trial operation. Observe whether the ventilator is working normally and whether the detected data is accurate. If it is correct, turn off the ventilator and put the anesthesia machine in a standby state.
2. When in use, connect the pipeline to the patient, turn on the ventilator, turn on the evaporator switch, and implement anesthesia for the surgical patient.
3. During the anesthesia process, pay attention to observe the measurement data obtained in the anesthesia monitor, and adjust the corresponding parameters if necessary.
4. After the anesthesia is finished, turn off the switch of the ventilator and the vaporizer. If there is a connection operation, replace the sterilized breathing circuit of the patient, and keep the anesthesia machine in a standby state; if there is no connection operation, turn off the main power switch and the air source switch .
3. Operational requirements:
1. The anesthesia machine should be used by a qualified anesthesiologist, and unqualified personnel are not allowed to operate it.
2. When various alarms occur, the cause of the alarm should be analyzed. If the alarm caused by the malfunction of the anesthesia machine itself cannot be eliminated, the standby machine should be replaced immediately and the engineer should be notified for repair; if the alarm is caused by the patient's physiological parameter changes, the necessary measures should be taken immediately or shut down.
3. During the use of the anesthesia machine, without the consent of the anesthesiologist, other personnel cannot arbitrarily change the setting parameters and the upper and lower alarm limits.
4. Maintenance requirements:
1. After the daily operation, the flow sensor module and the patient's breathing circuit need to be removed for maintenance. It is recommended to use high temperature and high pressure to sterilize the silicone suction line.
2. Use neutral detergent to wipe the dirt on each surface of the host.
3. Use as many flow sensors as possible, and replace them between different patients or during long-term operations to extend the life of the sensors. The flow sensor needs to be blown dry with a low-pressure flow of pure oxygen to keep it dry. If the flow sensor still does not work normally after removing the water, and the flow sensor is replaced, it means that the original flow sensor receiver needs to be scrapped.
4. Regularly check whether the various detection and alarm functions of the anesthesia machine can work effectively.
5. When disinfecting indoors, be sure to keep the anesthesia machine away from direct ultraviolet rays to prevent accelerating the aging of pipelines and other accessories.
6. Completely charge and discharge the built-in battery of the host ventilator once a month, and recharge it to maintain the good performance of the battery.
